Ironwood is a highly asymmetric, card-driven tactical game for 1-2 players. Set in the contested land of Ironwood, players lead one of two rival factions: the industrious Ironclad or the swift and mystical Woodwalkers. Gameplay revolves around dual-purpose cards: players alternate using these cards for tactical positioning or, in combat, for their combat value. Meanwhile, the Woodwalkers seek to recover three hidden totems to summon the Guardian, a powerful spirit of the forest, and drive out the Ironclad.
